Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment All services are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. Package sessions must be prepaid, and all sessions within the package must be scheduled within the package expiration period. 2. Attendance & Late Arrivals Individual Sessions: Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Group & Corporate Sessions: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to join the session, as this will disrupt the experience. No exceptions. Late arrivals for individual sessions will result in a shortened session, ending at the originally scheduled time. No partial refunds will be provided. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee, and a new session must be purchased for rescheduling. If Branded Dreams LLC cancels a session for any reason (e.g., weather, unforeseen circumstances), a credit will be issued to reschedule at no additional cost. 4. Inclement Weather Policy Sessions will continue in light rain or cold temperatures unless conditions become unsafe. In cases of severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, extreme heat/cold), Branded Dreams LLC will determine whether to proceed or reschedule. If a session is canceled due to weather, a credit will be issued for rescheduling. 5. Package Policies Packages are available in 3, 5, and 8-session options and must be used within the package expiration period. Package sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Sessions within a package cannot be transferred to another person or group. 6. Safety & Liability All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any activities. Branded Dreams LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to follow safety guidelines or disrupts the experience. Proper attire, including closed-toe shoes, is required for all sessions. Helmets are recommended but not required. 7. Special Event & Corporate Bookings Custom pricing and policies may apply for corporate team development, special events, and off-site sessions. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure event dates. Final details, including participant count, must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. By booking a session with Branded Dreams LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this policy
