Introduction

Welcome to Branded Dreams LLC. By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before using our website or booking services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

Services Provided

Branded Dreams LLC offers Equine-Facilitated Learning (EFL) sessions, corporate team development, group and individual personal development programs, horsemanship courses, and horse training services. Our website also provides online booking and payment options.

  • Non-Therapeutic Services: Our programs focus on learning and development, not therapy. We do not employ medical professionals or offer therapeutic services.

  • Ground-Based Activities: All EFL sessions are conducted on the ground; there is no horseback riding involved in EFL services.

Booking and Payment

  • Booking: All sessions and services must be booked in advance through our website or by direct contact.

  • Payment: Payments are required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods are accepted.

  • Refund Policy: All cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled by Branded Dreams will be credited for a future rescheduled session. There are no refunds after the 24 hour period for any sessions.

  • No-Show & Late Arrival Policy:

    • For any type of sessions: No-shows forfeit the cost of the session.

      • Individuals late for their one on one session will have whatever time is left in their scheduled block. There are no credits, time adjustments, or refunds after the 24 hour period. ​

    • For group and corporate sessions: Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to join, as it disrupts the experience, no exceptions.

  • Package Expiration: Packages must be used within the designated time after purchase (listed in the package details and terms and conditions).

    • Sessions not booked within the expiration period will have their cost forfeit.​

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating in Branded Dreams activities, you acknowledge the inherent risks of equine activities, including but not limited to falling, being kicked or bitten, and unpredictable horse behavior. Wavers will be available online or in person and must be completed before the session can begin.

  • Liability Release: You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Branded Dreams LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in equine activities.

  • Pennsylvania Equine Activity Liability Act: Branded Dreams LLC operates under Pennsylvania's Equine Activity Liability Act (4 P.S. § 601-606), which limits liability for equine professionals.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Single Party Sessions: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the session cost.

  • Group and Corporate Sessions: Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will not be allowed to join. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

  • Weather Cancellations: In the event of severe weather, Branded Dreams reserves the right to reschedule sessions for the safety of participants and horses.

Use of Service Animals

  • Only service animals are permitted on the property in compliance with the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

  • Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under ADA regulations and are not permitted.

  • Participants are encouraged to notify Branded Dreams in advance if bringing a service animal.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Branded Dreams website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Branded Dreams LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from Branded Dreams LLC.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and positive environment, participants must adhere to the following:

  • Treat all horses, staff, and other participants with respect and care.

  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by facilitators.

  • Wear appropriate attire including close-toed shoes and dress for the weather, rain or shine.

  • No disruptive or unsafe behavior will be tolerated.

  • Branded Dreams LLC reserves the right to remove individuals from sessions if their behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Website Usage and Content

  • You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use of the website or its content may result in legal action.

  • Branded Dreams LLC is not responsible for external links or third-party content.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Branded Dreams LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically.​

Limitation of Liability

Branded Dreams LLC will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Injuries or damages resulting from equine activities, weather conditions, or participant actions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in Pennsylvania courts.
