
Refund Policy
Introduction
Branded Dreams LLC values your commitment to personal and professional growth through Equine-Facilitated Learning (EFL), horsemanship courses, and corporate development sessions. Our refund policy ensures fairness while protecting the integrity of our scheduling and operations.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only eligible for sessions that are:

Canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.

Requested in writing via email, phone, or through the website.
✅ Eligible Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Alternatively, clients may choose to credit the session cost toward a future booking.
🚫 Non-Eligible Refunds:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

No-shows will not receive a refund or credit and may be subject to a fee (see Section 4).

Package sessions that are canceled outside of the expiration window are not eligible for refund or credit.
Refunds for Package Sessions
Branded Dreams LLC offers package options for individual, group, and corporate services.

Missed or canceled sessions within the 24-hour cancellation period will result in forfeiture of the session.

Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be credited back into the package balance for use before the expiration date.
No-Show and Late Cancellation Fee for Packages
For clients with session packages, a $25 no-show or late cancellation fee will be applied if:

The client misses their session without providing 24 hours' notice.

The client cancels less than 24 hours before the session.

The fee will be charged separately or deducted from the remaining session balance.
Rescheduling After a Missed or Late-Canceled Session

a participant misses or cancels their session after the 24-hour cancellation period, they will be required to pay in full for any new session they wish to book.

No credit or refund will be provided for the missed or late-canceled session.

This applies to both individual sessions and package sessions.

Package sessions that are scheduled outside of the expiration window will require full payment for any new sessions booked.
Weather and Facility-Related Cancellations

If Branded Dreams LLC cancels a session due to weather conditions, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive:

Credit toward a future session OR
-
A full refund (if preferred).

Clients will be contacted as soon as possible to reschedule or arrange credit/refund options.
Special Event and Corporate Session Refunds

For corporate team development and special event bookings, cancellations made:

More than 24 hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund or credit.

Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund or credit will be provided.

Corporate clients who reschedule outside the 24-hour window will be required to pay in full for a new session.
